What makes The Lifestyle Retreat Yoga & Nutrition weekend retreat exceptional?


We think we have considered everything when it comes to the health of the body and mind...a unique combination of nature walks, core conditioning, dynamic and yin yoga, nutritional education and a detoxifying menu designed by a nutritional adviser; all within a beautiful environment.


We offer you the opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and experience an enriching Retreat weekend with other like-minded women on beautiful Osea Island.  Please know that you are welcome to all experiences below, however if you need more time to yourself feel free to opt out of any sessions. This is your Retreat - make it your own.

Friday, July 29

Arrive between 4.30 - 5.30pm

6.00pm: Yin/Yang Yoga

7.30: Delicious vegetarian dinner

8.30: Welcome Session

11.30: Nutrition Session: Detoxifying Mind & Body

1.30pm: Lunch

Free time: massage, lounge in the sun!

6.00pm: Dinner

7.30-9.00pm Yin & Restorative Yoga

8.00: Silent Walk

9.00: Breakfast

11.00: Dynamic Yoga & Core Conditioning

Free time: enjoying the pleasures of the island
